Our oral hygiene program is developed to prevent both cavities and periodontal disease. The hygienist will propose personalized treatment just for you, according to your specific needs and or concerns. Please,remember that all patients are advised, and suggested to see the hygienist 2 times in one calendar year. With that being said, your personal at home care is the next important step you can take in preventing against tooth decay and gum disease.

Our hygienist kindly recommendations:

Patients should be flossing twice a day. The best time to floss is always before you brush your teeth.

We also recommend adjunct pressurized water aids such as Philips Airfloss or a Waterpik to assist you in your daily flossing.

After flossing, you should brush your teeth and gums thoroughly with a soft toothbrush. Please watch our video to see how to brush properly.

Personally, we prefer an electric toothbrush such as Oral B or Philips Sonicare in comparison to a manual toothbrush.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
