These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your individual phone plan. Arthur Greyf, DDS, DNA Dental is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred by you. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding your pricing plan and any applicable charges.

2.4 Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.Arthur Greyf, DDS, DNA Dental and mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and any other wireless carriers) are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected SMS/text messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network availability. Message delivery is not guaranteed. Neither the Practice nor any mobile carrier shall be held responsible for any damages, losses, or inconvenience arising from technical failures, network issues, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control that may affect the transmission or receipt of text messages.

Arthur Greyf, DDS, DNA Dental provides a comprehensive range of dental services, including but not limited to dental implants (including robotic-assisted implants and mini implants), implant-supported dentures (All-on-X), bone grafting, cosmetic dentistry, laser dentistry, CEREC same-day restorations, root canal therapy, dental crowns and bridges, preventive dental care, sedation dentistry, full-mouth reconstruction, emergency dental care, and teeth whitening.

All dental services are performed by licensed dental professionals in accordance with applicable New Jersey state laws and regulations. The specific treatments recommended for you will be based on a thorough examination and diagnosis by Dr. Arthur Greyf or an authorized member of our dental team.

5. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled by calling our office at (973) 535-4300 or by using our online scheduling system available on our Website.

Cancellation Policy: We respectfully request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice or repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee and/or dismissal from the Practice at our discretion.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for a scheduled appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you. However, depending on the nature of the appointment and the schedule for the day, you may be asked to reschedule.

Outstanding Balances: Accounts that remain unpaid after 90 days may be subject to collection efforts. You will be responsible for any collection costs, including attorney fees and court costs, incurred in the collection of outstanding balances.
